out of service treadmill cramped pool area
the breakfast was quite good with an adequate selection of items.
The gym was a letdown. One of the treadmills was out of service. this made it difficult to get a decent workout in the morning. the pool area also felt cramped. There were not enough loungers for the number of guests using the facility. i found myself waiting around just to find a spot to sit.

friendly staff attentive service multiple stations effective soundproofing
The staff's friendliness stood out. Everyone was cute. alejandro, manisha, maribel, and cristina provided attentive service. the hotel has multiple underground stations within a short walk, offering various line options. soundproofing is effective, minimizing noise from upper thames street.
taking a cab from paddington requires a detour due to a street barrier. this only affects cab routes from a specific direction.

the breakfast offered sausages, bacon, eggs, breads, deli items, fresh fruit, and yogurt. the evening snacks included heavy hot options, drinks, coffee, tea and beverages, all readily available and well-stocked.

Fantastic Stay
warm greeting bonvoy lounge super clean room quality food
The desk staff greeted us warmly upon our early arrival. They promptly provided one room and directed us to the Bonvoy lounge for coffee. The other room key arrived within an hour and the rooms were new, bright and spotlessly clean. I was impressed with the food quality and service offered during the full breakfast buffet.
The minibar fridge was completely empty. It detracted from the luxury feeling I anticipated.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful at all times . They addressed all my concerns quickly and efficiently. I observed that the staff were very professional and courteous to all guests.
